What we collect

Browsing the directory itself does not require giving us anything. We only collect personal information when you submit one of two forms:

• The estimate form collects your name, email, phone (when applicable), preferred contact method, city, trade, and a description of your project.
• The list-your-business form collects your business name, contact details, primary trade, and an optional notes field.

Estimate requests

When you submit the estimate form, your project description, first name, and town are forwarded to qualified Massachusetts contractors selected by trade and your area. Your email and phone are never shared with contractors — interested contractors reply through us, and you choose who to talk to. The cap you picked (3, 5, 10, or 30) limits how many replies we surface; because not every contractor responds, we typically reach out to more contractors than the cap so you actually hear back.

Contractor listings

Contractor business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and public review information appear in the directory. Contractor email addresses, where we have them, are used only to route homeowner leads and are never displayed on the site.

What we don’t do

We do not sell homeowner contact details to data brokers, ad networks, or other directories. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not share what you do on the site with anyone other than the contractors you explicitly request quotes from.
