What this site is
Mass Home Comfort is an online directory and lead-routing service for Massachusetts home-improvement contractors. We list contractors for free, and homeowners can either browse those listings directly or submit a project request that we route to a small number of nearby contractors in the right trade.
No work performed by us
Mass Home Comfort does not itself perform contracting work, employ tradespeople, or guarantee the work of any contractor listed in the directory. Decisions about who to hire, what to pay, what permits are needed, and how to verify licenses and insurance are the homeowner’s. We strongly recommend verifying any contractor’s Massachusetts registration, insurance, and references before signing a contract.
Estimate requests & data sharing
When you submit the estimate form, you are agreeing that your project description, first name, and town may be shared with qualified Massachusetts contractors selected for that project. Your email and phone are not shared with contractors — interested contractors reply through us, and you choose which conversations to continue. The cap you picked (3, 5, 10, or 30) controls how many replies we surface, not how many contractors we reach out to; we may contact more than the cap so you actually hit it. You are under no obligation to respond, accept a quote, or hire any contractor.
Listing accuracy
Directory listings are assembled from public business information and may include details that go stale over time. If you spot something wrong or missing, the contractor signup form accepts corrections — or email hello@masshomecomfort.com.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform grows; substantive changes will be noted on this page.
