What this site is
Mass Home Comfort is an online directory of Massachusetts home-improvement contractors. We list contractors for free, and homeowners can either browse those listings directly or send one project request, after which nearby contractors in the right trade who want the job contact them directly.
No work performed by us
Mass Home Comfort does not itself perform contracting work, employ tradespeople, or guarantee the work of any contractor listed in the directory. Decisions about who to hire, what to pay, what permits are needed, and how to verify licenses and insurance are the homeowner’s. We strongly recommend verifying any contractor’s Massachusetts registration, insurance, and references before signing a contract.
Estimate requests & data sharing
When you send the estimate form, you agree that Mass Home Comfort may share your project description and town with Massachusetts contractors who do that kind of work, and your name, phone number and email address with up to the number of them you chose who want the job. Those contractors may contact you about the project by phone, text or email. We share your details only with the contractors you ask for quotes from or book a visit with. We never give them to anyone else, apart from the hashed (scrambled) form we use to measure our ads in ChatGPT and on Facebook and Instagram. You are under no obligation to respond, accept a quote, or hire any contractor.
Listing accuracy
Directory listings are assembled from public business information and may include details that go stale over time. If you spot something wrong or missing, the contractor signup form accepts corrections — or email hello@masshomecomfort.com.
